  2. Get full cream milk
  3. Make ready pure ghee
  4. Take almonds

Steps to make Dates Pinni:
  1. Deseed and Soak dates in milk for half an hour.
  2. Now grind dates in a mixer to a fine paste.
  3. Heat a tb spoon of pure ghee in a non-stick pan. Add almonds and roast in ghee till roasted brown. Remove it in a plate.
  4. Grind almonds when cool.
  5. Now add dates paste in remaining ghee and cook till it gets thicken and lumpy.
  6. Now add grinded almonds and almond meal and saute for 1 minute.
  7. Now grease a thali and pour the hot mixture on it and spread it evenly with the help of spetula. Keep aside for setting for 2 hours.
  8. After 2 hours cut pieces and garnish it with cashew nuts and serve this vegan dessert.
