Make ready 35 grams Brown sugar
Get 4 grams Salt
Make ready 4 grams Dry yeast
Make ready 60 grams Walnuts or your favorite nut
Steps to make Brown Sugar Cafe Au Lait Rolls:
Place the ingredients into the bread maker, make an indent in the flour, and add the yeast. Turn it on using the "bread dough course". Add the nuts at the add ingredients signal.
When finished, place the dough onto a floured surface, cut into 9 equal portions using a dough knife, and roll the dough balls to enclose the seam.

Once they have finished baking, immediately flip the pan upside down and take them out, and let cool on a wire rack. They are so fluffy it feels like you will crush them!
