Add the rice and stir well till all ingredients are fully mixed together.finally add the chopped bell peppers.stir fir a minute and remove from heat. In a bowl add the cabbage, cucumber and carrot and mix.add the mayonnaise and sugar and stir.set aside.
  3. In a large pan add some vegetable oil.crack 2 eggs and beat. Pour a half cup of breadcrumbs in a bowl. Place the chicken parts one by one in the beaten eggs and then coat in breadcrumbs and fry till crispy and golden brown. Remove and place in a paper towel to drain off excess oil. Serve the rice, coleslaw and chicken. Enjoy while it's still hot….
