Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease doughnut pan with oil.
In a big bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, pudding mix, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In another bowl, mix buttermilk, egg, oil and vanilla extract. Pour over dry ingredients and mix it properly. Toss pista with 1 teaspoon flour, then gently fold into batter.
