  1. Get 1 cup Yellow moong lentil /dal -
  2. Make ready 1cup Cucumber cubes

  6. Make ready 1tbsp Chopped coriander leaves -

Instructions to make Koshambir salad:
  1. Soak the moong dal / lentil over night.
  2. Then drain moong dal / lentil completely.
  3. In a bowl add cucumber cubes,grated coconut,tomato cubes,soaked moong lentil / dal,green chilli,coriander leaves,salt and lemon juice and mix well.
  4. Heat oil in a pan.
  5. Add asafoetida,black mustard seeds,urad lentils / dal,curry leaves and tempered it.
