  2. Make ready Paneer
  3. Prepare Tomato 1 green chilli

  1. Clean paalak and boil it without a lid in 1 cup of water then blend also.
  2. Cut onion and boil with garlic cloves in 1 cup water till it gets tender.
  3. Mix ginger, dhania pdr, jeera pdr, elaichi,green chilli.
  4. Grind the onion content in mixer.
  5. Boil tomato and make puree
  6. Now heat a wok and add onion mixture. Saute it.
  7. Add tomato puree.Give a good boil stirring it well for 5 min.
  8. Add ground palak and cook well.
  9. Now add paneer cubes. Add salt and sugar.
  10. Transfer it in a serving dish. Garnish with roasted muskmelon seeds.
  11. Serve and have it too.
  12. It really tastes well.
