Steps to make Lip Smackin' Turkey:
  1. Buy a Turkey
  2. Remove the neck and gizzards from the Turkey and set aside for use for another dish.
  3. Clean the turkey with cold water.
  4. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and carefully separate the skin from the turkey. You don't want to remove the skin from it, just loosen it up.
  5. Take the melted butter and rub generously all over the meat of the turkey UNDER the skin. Take the remaining butter and rub in the cavity.

  11. You will bake this in the oven for approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes. This depends on size. Even if the thermometer pops out make sure you check the internal temperature.
  12. Every 30 minutes baste the turkey well with the liquid in the pan.
  13. Once fully cooked remove from the oven.
  14. Serve and enjoy!
