  5. Take a pan, add 4tbsp oil. Add garlic(crushed),ginger & onions & stir well. Add capsicum & other boiled vegetables with boiled chicken pcs.
  6. Add salt (as per taste), crushed black pepper & stir well. After that, add stocks. Let them boil again. you may add little bit vinegar / soy sauce if you want.
  7. Now Chicken Thukpa is ready to serve.
