  5. Now cook the vegetables until done but still crisp. Add spinach to it and cook it on medium heat for a minute. Add spring onion and turn off the heat.
  6. To serve thukpa, first of all add some noodles in a soup bowl and pour prepared soup over it. Serve hot.
