  4. Let the rice get cook well.
  5. Once the rice is cooked properly,add elaichi powder and patali gur.
  6. Mix well and let the gur gets melt and mixed completely in milk.Once done switch off the gas.
  7. Garnish with raisins and sliced almonds.
  8. Can serve hot or cold as per your choice.Adjust sweetness according to taste.
