Soak rice well (I took kainat rice) for at least 1 hour and Wash rice well
Boil rice with all spices whole (sabat garam), vinegar (sirka), salt (namak) 2 tsps ; Once done 75% ; drain them in colander and keep them aside.

Give layers of chicken masala and boiled rice ; add chopped coriander and mint leaves and lemon slices
Cover and leave it for 15 mins on medium flame (darmiyani aag pe daam dyn)
