The ingredients needed to make Potato rice:
  1. Get rice
  2. Get water
  3. Get big size potatoes
  4. Take tomatoes
  5. Make ready Required Ginger
  6. Make ready oil(or required oil)

Steps to make Potato rice:
  1. Take 1 litre pressure cooker and add oil and heat it
  2. Next add chopped onions and Chilles and after 2 minutes add tamatos and mix for two minutes
  3. Now add potatoes which are square chopped of medium size and cook it for 5 mins and add masala,ginger small pieces to it
  4. Now add washed rice and water to it now mix it and add required salt to it
  5. Now close the pressure cooker and cook it for upto 3 whistles
  6. After 3 whistles please ensure no pressure is inside by releasing pressure and now after cooling open and add a little chopped coriander leaves and mix gently and serve it.
