  1. Take a pan add oil then add green chilli saute then add half onions fry for 1min then add ginger garlic paste fry for 1min.
  2. Add tomato fry till it soft then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder. Coriander powder fry for 2min then add boiled potato fry for 5min.
  3. Add 1/2cup water then add gram masala powder, salt and coriander leaves cook for 5min then turn off the flame.
  4. Take a cooker add ghee then add cardamom pots, cinnamon stick, cumin seeds saute then add onion fry for 1min then add turmeric powder and gram masala powder and salt.
  5. Add rice fry for 2min then add 1.5cup water cook till 1 whistle then turn off the flame and keep it aside to cool.
  6. Open the lid of cooker then serve it with aloo curry and Masala Papad.
