Make ready 1 grated cabbage (medium size)

Take 250 gm wheat flour

Get 100 gm rice
Get 50 gm mung daal
Get 50 gm tuvar daal
Make ready 1 tspoon Ghee
Take 3 Blanch tomato
Take 2 medium size onion
Make ready 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
Take 1 tsp dry fenugreek powder
Take 1 tsp kitchen king masalo
Get 1/2 tsp Garam masalo
Take As required Clove, black pepper,cinnamon stick, cardamon
Get As required Ketchup
Take 1/2 cup Milk
Steps to make Nutritious Thali:
For cabbage sabji, take a pan add oil to heat. Now add mustard seeds. Crackle it. Then add cumin seeds and turmeric powder. Add chopped potato. Add salt. Saute well. Add green chilli paste. Now add grated cabbage. Saute well. Cook till cabbage and potato completely cooked.
For bhakhri, make dough using all it's ingredients. Take a medium size dough and make ball of it. Now roll out ball into thick circle. Heat tava. Place bhakhri on it. Cook on medium flame. Now flip bhakhri and cook until brown spot appeared. Now add little bit oil and flip again.
For Punjabi khichdi, make simple khichdi using rice, both dal, salt, turmeric in pressure cooker. Now take one pan, add ghee heat it. Add clove, cinnamon, pepper. Now add onion, ginger garlic paste. Saute it for few minutes. Add Blanch tomato puree and saute it. Take one small bowl, add dry fenugreek powder, tomato sauce, kitchen king masala, Garam masalo and milk. Make smooth paste. Add this paste to gravy. Saute well. Add simple khichdi and mix well.
For Dahi, add little bit salt to dahi. Serve all items in plate and serve with papad.
