  1. Get 2 large onions thinly sliced
  2. Prepare 3/4 cup Gram Flour (Besan)

  4. Get 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp carom seeds
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp cumin seeds roughly crushed
  9. Prepare 1/2 tsp coriander seeds roughly crushed
  10. Take 1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves chopped
  11. Prepare 1 green chilli chopped
  12. Prepare 1 tbsp oil
  13. Make ready as needed water to make the mixture
  14. Take as needed oil for deer frying

  5. Deep fry the balls in hot oil till half done.
  6. Drain the balls on absorbent paper.
  7. Apply some oil on a plate and flatten half fried pyazis one by one.
  8. Again deep fry these flattened pyazis in hot oil till crispy and golden.
  9. Drain on absorbent paper and serve.
