Take 1 cup Dark Chocolate chopped

Steps to make Eggless Chocolate Brownie:
In pot melt chocolate and butter together on medium heat. Combine until it is smooth and shiny. Don't over-mix and keep aside to cool
Then add vanilla essence, curd, sugar and mixed well for 1-2 minutes.
In large bowl add flour, salt, baking powder and cocoa powder.
Add the chocolate mixture to the flour mixture. Add 1/8 cup milk first, if necessary then add 1-2 Tbsp more and mix till combined. The mixture should be on the thicker side and not thin.
Add salt to the bottom of the pan, place a dish on it and preheat for 5 minutes. Brush the baking tin with butter on the inside and spread a little flour on it. - Now pour the prepared mixture into baking tin. Add chopped dry fruit and choco chips on top. - Tap the baking tin slightly.
Bake for 40-45 minutes. Check if brownie is cooked by inserting toothpick in the center after 35 mins.
Once baked, let cool completely in the pan. - Unmound and cut brownie into pieces and Enjoy eating.
I also baked 1/2 cup remaining brownies mixture in small Mug. Before baking I add 1 pinch of baking soda and 1 to 2 tsp warm milk to brownie mixture and baked for 40 mins in pan.
