In a bowl, take warm milk, add sugar.Mix.Add yeast and mix. Cover and leave for 10 minutes to ferment.
Ina large bowl take flour.Add salt and milk powder.Mix.
Make awell in the centre of flour,add yeast mix and make a dough with the help of lukewarm water.Knead for 10 minutes to form a soft dough.Add some oil in between.
Cover and keep in a warm place for at least 2 hours.
After 2 hours,dough is risen to double of its size.Punch the dough to remove air.
In a bowl, take all the ingredients of filling, mix, and keep aside.
Divide dough into 8 equal parts. Flatten each part with the help of a hand, put 1 tbsp filling on it. Seal the edges and make a ball. Make all bun balls like this.
Keep the balls in a baking tray, cover with a warm cloth and leave for 10 minutes for proofing.
Meanwhile heat an oven at 180 °c for 10 minutes.Give the buns a milk wash and sprinkle some sesame seeds on them.
Bake the buns at 180 °c for 20 -25 minutes.
After 20-25 minutes. Check with a toothpick(time of baking may vary from oven to oven). Here I baked the buns for 22 minutes.
Take out the buns from the oven, apply butter on it, and cover with a moist cloth.
Serve after 5 minutes.
