Take Chocolate Filling
Take 50 g sour cream
Get 20 g butter
Take 80 g dark chocolate, chopped

Take 180 g flour

Instructions to make Chocolate Filled Chocolate Chip Cookies:
Place chopped dark chocolate in a bowl and set aside. In a medium-sized pot, bring the sour cream and the butter to a boil. Remove from the heat as soon as it starts to boil. Pour over the chocolate and leave for 5 minutes.
Mix with a spatula until the chocolate is fully melted. You have made a chocolate ganache. Place in the freezer so that it hardens.
Sift the flour and the yeast into a large bowl. Add a pinch of salt, butter in pieces (should be very soft, but not melted!), an egg and brown sugar.
Mix everything together with your hands until you obtain a homogeneous dough. Incorporate the chocolate chips, then the chopped hazelnuts.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Form small balls of dough (50g each), then divide each in two (25g). Place the pairs on the prepared baking sheet.
Preheat the oven to 160C/320F. Using a rolling pin or your hands, flatten each ball into a disc (about 5mm thick). Add about 10g of the ganache into the center of one disc of each pair, then cover with the second disc. Form a ball, making sure the edges are well closed. The cookies will flatten while baking.
Bake for about 18 minutes.
Let cool at least 20 minutes before eating.
