After finishing pipping the dough, you can place the tray into the fridge to make the dough firm. Make the biscuits as your desired shape.see in pics number 3.
  5. 🌸Tips 3 : - 🌻Using cookie Cutter ::/ - It’s easier to roll the dough through a sheet of parchment paper see in pics number 1 or make a shape as your desire.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180°C /fan 160°C/ gas. - Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes until a very pale golden. Lift off the baking tray and leave to cool completely on a wire rack. - Enjoy !!
