  1. Make ready 1 kg Whole chicken
  2. Make ready 1/2 cup White vinegar
  3. Prepare 4 tbsp Tikkah masala
  4. Get 1/4 cup Lemon juice
  5. Get 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  6. Take 1/4 cup Yogurt
  7. Make ready 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions to make Air fried chargha:
  1. Dip the chicken into vinegar for about 1-2 hours.
  2. Remove chicken from vinegar and marinate with all other ingredients mentioned above.
  3. Marinate for about 4 hours. Put some veggies in the inner part (rib area) and tie the legs together.
  4. Put in air fryer along with leftover veggies and air-fry it until it's done. To get dark brown colour, you can put it in preheated oven for 15 minutes but it's totally optional.
  5. Sprinkle some fresh lemon juice and Serve with naan or rice.
