  4. Drain the brussels.on a hard surface put the Brussels on and use a jar or anything like it such as a mug.
  5. Gently push down on the brussels to make the smashed effect.repeat until all are smashed then place on a tray.
  6. Cover the brussels with the oil until all covered.sprinkle of the salt,pepper and the parmesan.
  7. Put in the oven for 10-15 minutes until charred to your liking.
