  1. Pre heat the oven to 180 C and line a 1 lb loaf tin with parchment paper
  2. Mix together the dry ingredients well.
  3. Whisk together the tahini and warm water.
  4. Add the wet to the dry and mix well. Leave to sit for ten minutes. Then spoon the wet dough into your loaf tin.
  5. Bake for 50 mins then turn out and allow to cool. Slice and freeze if you won’t eat it within a few days.
