  1. Heat olive oil in cast iron skillet and sauté onion and garlic. Add in meatballs and brown
  2. Add spaghetti sauce and cook on low about 15-20 minutes
  3. In a separate pan boil spaghetti noodle a couple minutes short of being done
  4. Remove meatballs from the sauce and set aside
  5. Scoop spaghetti noodles into the sauce and add about a half cup of starchy water. Mix thoroughly
  6. Place meatballs on top of noodles and sauce. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese
  7. Bake at 350 about 20 minutes
