  1. Prepare 1 loaf bread
  2. Get 1 mug olive oil

  7. Take 1/2 tsp black pepper

Steps to make Potato Crispies:
  1. For the potato mix, mash the potatoes. Add onions, cheese, black pepper, cumin powder, pizza herbs, chilli flakes, salt and keep aside.
  2. Cut the sides from the bread and wet the slices. Pot a dollop of the potato mix onto the slice and mould according to palm size into a ball. Roll the ball and cover it with breadcrumbs or crisp six. Make multiple balls and keep aside.
  3. Put the potato balls in an air fryer and minimally fry it. Or in a pan, shallow fry it in olive oil. Take the crispies out and onto a tray covered with blotting paper. Serve hot!
