Make ready 4 slices whole wheat bread
Prepare 1 small boiled n mashed potato
Make ready 1 big onion chopped
Make ready 1 small tomato chopped

Get 1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped

Take 1 tbsp mithi chutney (tamarind n dates)
Get 2 tbsp moong sprouts (boiled)
Get 2 tbsp crumbled paneer (homemade)
Prepare 1 tsp chat masala
Get to taste Salt
Take 1 tbsp fresh hung curd
Make ready 1 tbsp sev for garnishing
Make ready 1 tbsp cheddar cheese for garnishing
Prepare 1 tsp butter to toast the bread
Steps to make Sprout & Veggie Chaat Club Sandwich:
First arrange all the ingredients in one place.
Take 3 bowls. In first bowl add mashed potato, salt, little chopped onion, little tomato, all capcicum, little green chilly, curd, red chilly powder, jeera powder n little coriander leaves. Mix everything nicely.
In the 2nd bowl add sprouts, black salt, green chutney, half mithi chutney, chat masala little, coriander leaves, green chilly,onion, jeera powder. Mix everything nicely.
In the 3rd bowl add paneer, black pepper powder, salt, chilly powder, Oregano, corn,garlic, onion n give it a nice mix. (U can add mayonnaise)
3 types of stuffing is ready now.
Time to assemble. Take a slice of bread. First spread a thick layer of potato mixture. Then put another slice of bread. Now spread sprouts mix. Cover it with another bread slice. Now spread the last layer, paneer mixture n cover with 4th slice of bread. Press gently. Put little butter in grill pan n roast the sandwich on both sides till golden.
Now arrange the sandwich in a plate. Cut it into 4 equal parts. Spread mithi chutney over it. Then sprinkle some sev & cheddar cheese over it. Garnish with coriander leaves, tomato n chat masala.
Serve immediately….soooooo Yummy😋😋
