Now keep steamer for preheating and grease a plate with oil and add soda in the batter and mix it well and then pour the batter in the greased plate and sprinkle chilli powder
Steam it for 10 minutes

Now take a pan and add oil, Sesame seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves and chilli pieces and then pour it on the dhokla
