  1. Add cooked dal in a mixing bowl. Add wheat flour and all the ingredients for mixing in flour except water. Knead a soft dough. If needed only then add water. Rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Now take a portion of dough and roll with the help of rolling pin. Apply oil and roll it in square. Then roll again.
  3. Heat a griddle. Put paratha on the griddle and roast for 2 minutes. Flip the side and roast from other side also. Apply cooking oil on it and flip again apply oil on this side also and roast till it turn golden brown.
  4. Serve hot with curd, pickle or tea.
