  2. Take 1 cup Sooki
  3. Make ready 1 cup Dahi/ curd

  1. Take a bowl and put suji, add curd and mix it well to make a batter with enough water. Mix all vegies Keep it aside for 10 min.

  2. After 10 min mix batter again with enough water to make thick batter.
  3. Apply suji batter on one side of bread.
  4. Heat pan and add little bit oil. Cook on low flame until bottom surface turns golden brown in colour. Flip bread slices.
  5. Cook another side on low flame until it turns crispy and golden brown.
