  1. Get 1 kg flour
  2. Make ready 780 ml warm water
  3. Take 20 gr salt
  4. Prepare 1 gr dry yeast
  5. Prepare 2 tbsp olive oil

  1. Mix all ingredients until there are no more lumps in the mixture.
  2. Add the olive oil in a separate bowl and add the mixture - this should be still a wet mixture. Cover with cling film and let it sit for 60 min.
  3. Fold the ends in forming a ball, cover with cling film. Repeat this step 4 times, every 20 minutes.
  4. Let it sit overnight at room temperature. In the morning, kneat the bread one more time.
  5. Preheat the oven to 220° C. Add a lided cast iron pan - empty to heat for 20 minutes.
  6. Add the bread in and cook it with the lid on for 30 min. Remove the lid and cook it for another 20 min, until nice and golden.
