Steps to make Healthy No Yeast Bread Cake:
  1. Take a large bowl. Mix together oats, curd, milk, oil, honey and egg. Keep aside for minimum 45 minutes for the oats to hydrate.
  2. Take another large bowl. Mix together wheat flour, maida, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  3. Gently pour the oats-curd mixture until just combined. DO NOT OVERMIX WHICH MAY RESULT IN A DENSE BREAD!
  4. If you feel the mixture is a little dry, add ¼ cup milk more into it to make it into a better consistency.
  5. Grease a 9×5 inches bread loaf pan with butter and pour this batter.
  6. Spread it oit with a spatula(back of a spoon) and sprinkle some oats on top for decoration. Bake in pre-heated oven to 375°F or 190°C for 60 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Alternatively incase you don't have an oven, heat a large kadhai with salt at the bottom. Place a wire stand inside, close the lid and pre-heat for 15 minutes. Open the lid and place the bread loaf pan on the wire stand. Close and cook for approximately 60-75 minutes on medium-low flame.
  8. Check the crust to be golden. Insert a toothpick to check if it is completely cooked.
  9. Once done, remove the loaf pan and let it cool completely before slicing it.
  10. You can store this at room temperature for 2 days or you can refrigerate upto 5 days. Or else you can freeze it and use it for upto 2 weeks.
  11. This tastes best with a nutella spread or a cream cheese spread
