The ingredients needed to make Burger:
Make ready For burger patty
Take 250 grams mutton keema
Make ready 1 cup onion (chopped)
Take 2 tsp Coriander leaves
Prepare 1 tsp red chilli powder
Prepare 1 tsp garam masala
Get 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Get To taste Salt
Get As needed Oil for shallow fry

Take 2-4 pav
Take 2 tbsp mayonnaise
Get 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
Prepare 2 tbsp any sauce (thousand Islands or Southwest sauce)
Get 1 tomato (sliced)
Take 1 onion (sliced)
Get 1 Cucumber (sliced)
Take 1 cup cabbage (cabbage)
Prepare 1 cup grated cheese or slice cheese
Steps to make Burger:
Mix all ingredients with mutton keema and set aside at least for 2 hours… And cut all veggies… Grated cheese
Now take small portion of keema and make patty…. Then fry it on medium flame from both side
Now take pav and spread mayonnaise, ketchup and Southwest sauce…. Then add slice of tomato, onion,cabbage and patty then add cheese
Now your burger is ready but we are using pav instead of burger bun… So we have to grill our pav burger on griller pan Or you can also use tawa
Serve with fries
