It is made with rice flour, coconut and jaggery stuffing. I am also sharing with you the method to prepare the rice flour for making Kozhukattai.

Instructions to make Kozhukatta (kerala sweet dish):
  1. Put kadhai on gas low flame.Add jaggery and 1/4cup water and melt jaggery.Now strain the syrup in the container.
  2. Now in a kadhai add grated coconut and roast it for 1minute.
  3. Now add jaggery syrup in roasted coconut and mix it.
  4. Add cardamom powder and cumin powder into it and mix it
  5. When it gets dry than turn off the gas flame.Now your filling is ready.
  6. Now boil 2 cups water and while boiling add salt to it as required.
  7. Now take 1cup rice flour and add boil water into it slowly as much as required and prepare a soft dough from it.
  8. Now give shape to it and add 1 tbsp filling in it and give round shape to it.
  9. Now steam it for 15-20 minutes.
  10. After that take it out in a plate.
  11. Now your delicious Kozhukatta a famous Kerala sweet dish is ready to eat.

It is made with rice flour, coconut and jaggery stuffing. I am also sharing with you the method to prepare the rice flour for making Kozhukattai.
