Soak the rajma over night and chop cauliflower into small pieces. Then soaked rajma and cauliflower are pressure cooked with little salt so that it can be easily mashed and shaped.
Then make a smooth paste of boiled rajma and cauliflower in a blender. Add 1 tablespoon coriander powder, salt to taste, paste of fried onions and besan. Mix it all well. Grease hand with oil and make small patties.
Heat a cooking pan and roast it with oil. Roast on both sides untill it turns golden and crispy.
Turn on the gas and add a little oil to the cooking pan also pinch of hing. Add cardamom,black pepper stir well in the oil. Now add onion puree and saute it well till it becomes light brown in colour and the oil separates. Then add mashed ginger and garlic. Add the cashew paste to the masala. Add turmeric and coriander powder to the mixture and add a little water to the make the masala moist. Add milk, salt to taste, a little sugar and water to make a gravy.
Cook it for 5 mins and add heavy cream. Then stir it well and the patties in the gravy. Cook it in low flame till 5mins. Now the Awadhi Malai Rajma-Gobi Galouti curry is ready.
