The ingredients needed to make Sweet Cake:
  1. Get 10-12 white small rasgulla
  2. Take 10-12 black small rasgulla
  3. Get 1.5 cup sweet boondi
  4. Prepare 1 cup fresh paneer, crumbled
  5. Get 1/2 cup sugar
  6. Take 1-2 tbsp saffron milk
  7. Get 1 tsp cardamom powder
  8. Get Few walnuts & Almonds
  9. Get Cake mould/ serving dish
Steps to make Sweet Cake:
  1. First layer- Take a cake mould/ serving dish spread sweet boondi press with spatula.
  2. Second layer- cut into half both the rasgulla's spread evenly into the boondi layer.
  3. Now take a blender add crumble paneer, sugar, cardamom powder, and saffron milk blend till smooth paste.
  4. Pour this paste into the layer of rasgulla's.
  5. On top add remains half cut rasgulla's. Garnish with walnut and almonds.
  6. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving.
  7. Finally cut and Serve. Enjoy sweet cake.
