Samosa is one of the most well liked of recent trending meals on earth. It is enjoyed by millions daily. It’s easy, it is quick, it tastes yummy. Samosa is something that I’ve loved my entire life. They’re nice and they look wonderful.

The ingredients needed to make Samosa:
  1. Make ready For making pastry-
  2. Get 240 gms Flour
  3. Make ready 1 tsp Ajawin
  4. Take 1 tsp salt
  5. Take 3 tbsp refined oil or ghee

  8. Get 4 boiled and mashed potatoes
  9. Make ready 50 gms finely chopped cauliflower

  11. Prepare 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  12. Make ready 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  13. Take 1 tsp cumin powder
  14. Prepare 1 tsp asfoedita
  15. Prepare 1 tsp coriander seeds
  16. Prepare 1 tsp amchur or dry mango powder
  17. Take to taste Salt
  18. Take As required Mustard oil
  19. Take As required Refined oil to fry
Steps to make Samosa:
  1. First, for the pastry we are going to make the dough. Take a bowl add flour, salt, ajwain and oil. Mix it very well unless it gives you a bread crumb like texture. Then gradually pour water and make a dough. Knead it well. Keep it mind it should be a tight dough there will fine cracks on the dough then it's perfect. Rest it for at least 1 hour cover it with a moist cloth.
  2. Let's make the stuffing. At a pan add 3 tbsp of mustard oil. Add whole jeera, asafoetida, coriander seeds then add chopped cauliflower then add the masalas, turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, salt to taste, then add smashed potatoes cook it for few minutes and add coriander leaves.
  3. Take another pan add little oil and fry the peanuts and crushed mix it well with the stuffing.
  4. Roll the dough balls with oil in a thinnner way. Take a knife make it half. At the edge rub a liitle water. Fold the ends like cone. Add the stuffing. It should be of tight stuffing. Seal the ends
  5. Take a pan pour refined oil for deep fry make the flame high and fry the samosas gradually and stir it make it light brown.
  6. Your singara or samosa is ready to serve. Serve with green chutney and tamarind sauce.
