  6. Put parchment paper on your pie crust and put pie weights on top or any dry cereal you have.blind bake for 15 minutes then remove the weights and parchment and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown
  7. Combine your eggs,milk and spices and whisk lightly
  8. To your crust layer the mushrooms on top,then the cheese,then pour the milk mixture
  9. Dice the cherry tomatoes in half and place them on top
  10. Bake for 30 minutes allow it to cool before you remove from the dish
