  7. Get 1 spoon cuming powder
  8. Prepare 1 spoon coriander powder
  9. Prepare 1 spoon fennel powder
  10. Get 1 spoon biryani powder
  11. Prepare 1 nutmeg
  12. Make ready 1 start anish
  13. Take 1 jayatri
  14. Get 4 cloves
  15. Make ready 1 stick cinnamon
  16. Take 4 onions
  17. Take 1 ginger cloves
  18. Prepare 5 garlic cloves
  19. Make ready 2 spoon ghee
  20. Get 2 stem chopped coriander
  21. Prepare Salt as per taste
Steps to make Tomato Paneer Biryani:
  1. Marinate the paneer with turmeric and salt for 10 minutes. Then do a light fry. And keep it ready.
  2. Now make a paste of 2 onion, garlic and ginger. Keep it ready.
  3. The make a paste of tomatoes and red chilli. Keep it handy.
  4. Soaked the basmati rice for half an hour. Then in a pan add ghee. Once it heat add 2 chopped onions. Then add nutmeg, start anish, cloves, jayatri and cinnamon stick. Mix well.
  5. Now add onion, garlic and ginger paste. Then add cuming, coriander, fennel and briyani powder. Mix well.
  6. Then add tomato paste and salt. Mix well. Fry all for 5 minutes. Then add rice on it. Then add coconut milk and channa water.
  7. Mix all properly. Then cover the pan and cook it on a low flame.
  8. Once rice semi cooked add paneer on it. Then cover the pan and cook again.
  9. Once rice cooked properly add chopped coriender. Mix well and serve hot with raita.
