  21. Get 1/2 Pan oil to fry
Instructions to make Lilava Cut Samosa:
  1. Mix flour, flour, soda and salt, pouring hot oil. Add water and roast it well.
  2. Add 1 tsp of oil in the frying pan and heat it on low flame, add cumin seeds, asafoetida. Add sugar, garlic and chopped garlic till it becomes brown.
