The ingredients needed to make Kajoor ladoo:
  1. Get khajur (dates)
  2. Prepare cashew nuts and Almond(kaju badam)
  3. Take clarified butter (ghee)
Instructions to make Kajoor ladoo:
  1. Remove the seeds from dates (khajoor). Grind it make fine paste.
  2. Chopped some cashew nuts and Almonds approximately 2 tbsp, and also make fine powder from remaining cashew nuts and Almonds.
  3. In pan heat 3 tbsp of clarified butter. Add chopped Cashew nuts and Almond fry for 2 mins on low flame.
  4. Then add cashew nuts and Almonds powder mix well.
  5. After that add kajoor paste mix well. Cook on low flame for 2 min. Then switch off the gas flame. Let it cool down completely.
  6. Then make the khajur ladoo from it. Store in air tight container, keep in fridge. And use for 15 days.
