  1. Preheat the oven to 374°F / 190°C
  2. Boil 4 eggs for 3,5 minutes. Cool down, peel and set aside.

  5. Place half of the mixture in a greased bread pan. Make indentations for the boiled eggs, using a raw egg. Place the eggs in a row.
  6. Cover with the remaining meat, getting it in the shape of a loaf. Work softly so that you don't break the eggs.
  7. Mix ingredients for topping and spread on loaf.
  8. Bake for 1 hour. Place a pan of hot water in the oven, under the meat loaf to keep the top from drying out. Rest for about 15 minutes before serving.
