Steps to make Personal Pot Pies:
  1. Spray counter lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Flatten each roll or biscuit into a 6-7 inch circle.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest.
  4. In a large bowl combine chicken, vegetables and soup and mix well.
  5. Add salt & pepper to taste.
  6. Remove wrap from dough and press each dough circle into the bottom and up the sides of a sprayed muffin tin cup.
  7. Divide chicken mixture evenly between the dough cups.
  8. Sprinkle tops with grated cheese.
  9. Bake at 350°F 15-18 minutes.
