Marinate the onions, tomato and capsicum with curd, haldi, salt, red chilli powder, chat masala, tandoori masala, pepper powder and some salt. Shallow fry the paneer in some butter in a non stick pan and set aside. In the same pan add the marinated vegetables and fry on high flame and set aside.
Heat butter in a vessel. Add the crushed ginger and green chillies. Saute for a few minutes. Then add the tomato puree, tomato ketchup, salt, kasuri methi and salt. Cook for a few minutes till the raw smell of the tomatoes goes away. Now add the fried vegetables along with it's masala. Add paneer and mix everything well.
When everything is well mixed and cooked add the cornflour slurry and cream. Mix well. Enjoy!
