  1. Seive Maida and salt together in a big bowl
  2. Now add 3/4 cup butter and mix it properly in the flour
  3. Add Ice cold water in small quantity to knead stiff dough
  4. Now keep keep the dough in the fridge for 20mnts
  5. Now sprinkle some flour on Chakla or kneading board and knead the dough again
  6. Divide the dough in 10 equal portion
  7. Roll out the each dough portions in 4" Circle (10 circles)
  8. Now use a greased Tart case (I used greased muffins tray) and press the circle gently around the sides of the Tart case/muffins Tray
  9. Prick the tart all over using a fork
  10. Now keep the tart cases/muffins Tray on baking Tray and bake it in a Preheated Oven at 200° c for 12 to 15mnts
  11. Now let the tart cool and use as required.
  12. You can store these tart for a week in an air tight jar
