  1. Prepare bulagar wheat in advance - (see tip)
  2. Chop tomatoes and cucumbers into pieces. Put in the bowl and salt to take water out for a while. Important to take out water before so that tabbouleh won't be too much water
  3. Chop parsley and mint into mixer
  4. Mix the 'sauce' part ingredients. A lot of lemon juice is a key. One big lemon juice is about 4, 5 tablespoons. Minch a half clove of garlic.
  5. Mix all ingredients above
  6. Eat with anything really, but good with many spice dishes
