- Use another round piece of puff pastry and lat it on top of the meat. Use your fork and press up around the edge all around the pie (I use small shape cutters to decorate and cut up small shapes before lay on the meat)
- Egg wash the top puff pastry and bake in the oven on 200’c for 45 mins
- Serve with gravy
