  2. There should be no lumps in rice paste.Knead mixture well
  3. Add besan, salt, masalas to rice
  4. Make small well, add hot oil
  5. Mix with spoon
  6. Once slightly cooled, knead dough
  7. Grease mould with oil and add rice mix in mould
  8. Heat oil well. on low flame, using mould make sev
  9. Fry on high flame until golden brown
  10. Allow excess oil to be absorbed. store in air tight container on cooling
