Instructions to make Stuffed Peppers:
I prepare my own ground beef and pork mix, but feel free to purchase one pound of ground pork and 1 pound of ground beef
Combine finely Chopped 1 large onion, garlic cloves, salt and pepper
Let rice cool down, drain, mix with ground meat
Add salt pepper or any other spices that make you happy
Start stuffing
I believe there would be some meat remaining. No fear! Roll the remaining ground meat into balls.
Time for stock/stew prep. ———– Wash and chop mushrooms
Prepare large stock pot, medium heat + mushrooms + mix occasionaly = complete water evaporation.
Once mushrooms loose most of thier moisture add 2-3 tbs of oil. Add 2 chopped onions remaining garlic cloves and start sauteing———- Add crushed tomatoes and any preferred spices——— continue simmering.
Add as much sour cream as you want, i stop once the veggie stew gets its creamy tomato color. ———– Add water (enough to drown the stuffed peppers and remaing meat balls) ——– BOIL
Arrange your stuffed meaty deliciousness to the bottom of the pot ——- dump meat balls on top ——– Cover lid—— Reach BOILing point ——- Medium to Simmer Heat 40-50min.
