Instructions to make Pan Tikka pulao:
  1. Sab sy pehlay - chicke cubes pay addarak ginger ka paste aur dhahi'namak'tikka masala aur garam masala powder laga kar mix karlain.
  2. Koi zarorat nai hey 3 ganatay chhornay ki.
  3. Agar Marinate karna chahtay hain to 30 minutes ke liye kar lain.
  4. Ab frying pan main half cup oil dal kar chicken uss main dal kar bilkul halki aanch per paknay dain.
  5. Aur waqfay waqfay say side change kartay rahain jab pani sookh jaye aur chicken gal jaey to utar lain. - Mazay daar pan tikka readay hai.
  6. AB aik piyaz ko 1 cup oil main brown kar lain phir is main lysun aur addarak ka paste aik table spoon dal kar aik minute take fry karain
  7. Ab is main 2 addad tamator aur 6 addad green chilli kat ke dal dain.
  8. Sath hi 1 table spoon salt 1 table spoon sabut garam masala aur 1 table spoon kali mirch aur zera powder dal dain.
  9. Ab halki aanch per 3 minute take fry karain phir 3-1/2 glass pani dal kar josh dain jab pani main josh aajaey to 2 glass RICE doh kar is main dal dain.
  10. Jab pani khushk hojaey to halki aanch per 25 minute kay liyay dam dain.
  11. Jab dam lag jaey to chawal ko dish out karain aur ooper chicken tikkay dal dain.
