  1. Prepare 250 gm black date fruit(seedless)
  2. Take 3 tbsp chopped almond
  3. Make ready 3 tbsp chopped cashew nuts
  4. Get 3 tbsp chopped raisine
  5. Prepare 2 tbsp chopped pista
  6. Make ready 2 tbsp khuskhus
  7. Make ready 1 tsp ghee +1 tsp ghee

  1. Blend coursly the date fruit in mixy jar.
  2. Dryroast the khuskhus in a pan and take out in a plate to cool down.
  3. Heat tsp ghee in same pan and roast all nuts.
  4. Now add crushed date in pan by adding remaining ghee. Add half of khuskhus in pan.
  5. Collect and mix all in the pan at low heat. when all of good mix gas turn off.
  6. Take away the mixture in a plate and cool down completely.
  7. Now make a roll of mixture and coat with rest of khuskhus.
  8. Rapp this roll tightly in foil paper and keep in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  9. Open the foil and cut into the pieces in half inch thickness. Enjoy the diwali…. Happy DIWALI
